Welcome to Cornerstone Bible Church

"And suddenly there appeared with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, 'Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace among men with whom He is pleased."  (Luke 2:13,14).  One of the many titles that Isaiah the prophet would give to Jesus was, "Prince of Peace".  Paul describes Jesus as "He is our Peace".  Jesus said, "Peace I leave with you, my Peace I give unto".........We live in a very chaotic world.  We live in a world where often times "peace" is hard to find.  Please understand, the world does not, indeed, the world cannot bring peace.  It is only in Jesus that we can discover and then live in Peace.  Join us this coming Sunday as we celebrate the second Sunday of Advent and we light the candle of "Peace".

OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH: "If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise."  --(Galatians 3:29)

1The Bible is God’s inspired word and gives directions not only for this life but also for eternity (2 Timothy 3:16)

2There is one God, the Creator and Father of all mankind (1 Corinthians 8:6)

3Jesus Christ is the son of God. He died for our sins, was buried and after 3 days was raised to life eternal (Acts 2:22-24)

4The Holy Spirit  is the power of God, promised to believers at baptism, enabling them to live the Christian life (Acts 2:38)

5The Gospel is the good news of the Kingdon of God where Jesus will rule in righteousness (Revelation 5:9; 21:1-4)

6We can be a part of the eternal Kingdom of God if we act on our faith, repent, and are baptized (Acts 2:38; Galatians 6:6-10)

7Jesus is coming again to resurrect the dead and establish the Kingdom of God on this earth (Acts 3:20,21)

8In the meantime, we can experience the joy of the Lord and enjoy an abundant life (John 15:7,8)
