The Bible
Wouldn't it be great if, when we were born, life came with an instruction manual? Or perhaps we could be given a GPS system to tell us when to turn to the right or left or when to stop and when to proceed. At Cornerstone, we believe God has done just that. The instruction manual or GPS is called the Bible.
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. Ordinary men were moved by God's Spirit to write extraordinary things. Whenever possible, we believe the Bible should be interpreted literally; however, we have confidence in God and sincere seekers to discover truths as God leads them. We encourage study and understanding, but we will never tell you how to think, or even what to think. We must all be individually ready to be able to give a reason for our beliefs.
We are so commited to the Bible and its teaching, that when our facility was built, a Bible was literally buried in each of the four corners of the church's foundation. Cornerstone Bible Church is truly a church that is built upon God's Word, the Bible!
