Prayer
We believe God still desires to communicate with His people. The primary way in which God has chosen to communicate is through His Word, the Bible, and through the avenue of prayer. In the sermon on the mount, Jesus taught us to pray, "Our Father, who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen."We believe that this prayer is still a good starting point for our own prayer life.
